Breddy, our waiter, makes Mayan coffee. It is quite a spectacular show. The burning liquor can be seen going from the top vessel to the middle vessel and finally to the coffee cup at the bottom. Generally such displays end with a finished product that is only marginally drinkable. However, in this case to coffee was quite tasty!
